RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Controlling duties:
Align month end closing for production plant and legal entity with Service provider and Financial Services
P&L reporting of legal entity
Prepare monthly fixed and variable cost analysis with monthly variances.
Go-to person for financial auditor
Responsible for invoicing and account payable/receivable
Leading role in yearly budget planning
Work closely with controlling function of Evonik Corporation (Business Line Animal Nutrition)
Close interaction with CFO of Veramaris VOF in order to create transparency on Veramaris' overall financial performance (actual and planning)
Production Assistant duties:
Coordinate regional supply chain for Co-Product in collaboration with logistic service providers
Key contact for Co-Product customer: order processing and handling, complaint management
Interfaces to Evonik Corporation Site Blair (production, logistics), Veramaris VOF (SellCo), and other Services Providers
Day-to-day gathering of production data and preparation for process monitoring and analysis in close collaboration with GM and Process Engineers.
General administrative support to local team
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar.
3 - 5 years of experience in accounting role; experience in a production environment is a plus.
Interested in doing tasks outside of accounting and gaining experience in a production environment with a new joint venture.
Familiar with standard office software (SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong skills in organizing and coordinating.
Reliable working behavior.
Mature interpersonal skills in working with international team.
Effective communication skills.
Team player who is willing to do many different tasks.
Trusted person in regards to Know How Protection.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
