HR Generalist

HR (P&O) Generalist - Blair, NE As the P&O (HR) Generalist for our 130-employee operation in Blair, NE, you will provide a broad range of HR-related services including recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and general HR administration. You will also be part of the regional recruitment team and will provide recruitment services/support to other facilities and lines of business across North America. As the primary HR point of contact for this facility, you will handle and participate in employee relations issues including employee counseling, advising management on disciplinary programs, etc. You will also provide consultation to managers and employees on global, regional and local policies, programs and practices. In this position you need to have: BS Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum of 5-7 years broad hands-on HRexperience in recruitment, employee relations, employee and manager coaching, employee and organizational development, compensation and benefits Excellent working knowledge of relevant labor laws and government regulations Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with a proven ability to interface effectively with a diverse range of individuals, at all levels and disciplines Be well organized and systematic in work habits Ability to work discreetly with confidential data and information

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
