What is the LEAD Program about?
We aim to develop top diverse talent towards future roles as Supply Chain and Operations Leaders at Cargill\. The program offers a broad range of assignments and/or experiences across Supply Chain, Operations and Project Management domain\.
During a 24\-month Accelerated Development Program you will learn on the job from top global experts in our Food Ingredients and Bio\-Industrial Enterprise \(FIBI\), be part of structured learning \(digital and instructor led\) to acquire business acumen & leadership skills and contribute to innovation projects to advance Cargill?s strategic capabilities\.
You will have the opportunity to define the next steps of your career by engaging in one\-to\-one mentoring with our leaders\. We will accelerate your learning journey and prepare you to join the Cargill global talent pool for a Supply Chain and Operations Leadership career path\.

Qualifications
What you will bring to Cargill \(REQUIRED\)
+ Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Environmental, Quality & Regulatory, Environmental, Health & Safety, Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement, and/or Transportation & Logistics or related field;
+ A creative and innovative approach to technology to make information easier to access, solve problems, and improve communications in a digital space;
+ Minimum of 5 years? experience \(excluding internships and apprenticeships\);
+ Ability to navigate a manufacturing plant environment;
+ Fluency in English\.
What you will bring to Cargill \(PREFERRED\)
+ Master?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Safety, Environmental, Quality & Regulatory, Environmental, Health & Safety, Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement, and/or Transportation & Logistics or equivalent working experience or related field;
+ Experience working in an international matrix organization;
+ Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
+ Ability to influence and negotiate while maintaining a strong focus on customer service;
+ Experience in using business applications in your own field of expertise;
+ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a lean environment;
+ Flexibility to travel and open to relocation;
+ Genuine interest to discover other countries and cultures;
+ Fluency in an additional language\.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
