Seeking experienced Sanitation Supervisor for a position with a large, industrial food production company.
Skills Required:
Ability to lead a team of diverse plant employees.
Work without constant supervision and take on responsibility.
Understand and implement USDA certifications and requirements.
Understand and perform all procedures to set-up and adjust machinery as needed.
Food production industry experienced preferred.
Ensure plant compliance and alignment with Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Food Safety System Certificaions (FSSCs).
Train employees as needed to ensure efficient plant operations.
Oversee sanitization and cleaning processes to certify that safety and sanitation standards are met.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
