Responsibilities:
Processing daily deposits and posting payment applications.
Processing incoming ACH transactions and posting payments to customer accounts.
Audit of daily transactions to ensure taxes and pricing settings are functioning correctly.
Receiving daily delivery information and generating customer invoices within the accounting system.
Bank reconciliation.
Other clerical account duties as assigned.
Education and
Experience:
Highschool or equivalent required; Associate's degree with accounting coursework preferred.
At least three years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience required.
