Opportunity to create the position and collaborate with the CEO and the primary care team 6-8 patients per day - Schedule - Open to 4- 8s, 4-10s, or 5-8s Outpatient Behavioral Health Services Assisting the primary care team in recognizing, treating, and managing mental health, substance abuse, and psychosocial issues.
Providing on-the-spot consults to patients and their families.
