COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Emergency Medicine (EM) Full-time - Hourly rate negotiable based on market and experience Annual income around $380,000-$400,000 $30,000 Sign on / Retention Bonus
$10,000 in KPI Bonus Annually $10,000 for Relocation Comprehensive Benefits & 300 Hours of PTO (Can Accrue up to 420 Hours Annually) (CME) - up to $3,000 and up to two weeks paid time per year 401(k) & Roth Retirement Plan with company match - vested right away.
Malpractice insurance coverage paid & Licensure and Certification fees covered.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Emergency Medicine (EM) Employed Opportunity - Physician Led with Exceptional Culture/Collegiality - 3 full-time EDs on Staff 24-hour shift - Single provider on shift (would consider 12s, but 24s are preferred) 1 full-time experienced ED Physician Assistant In addition to a RN House Supervisor, ED RN, and ED Tech Along with 24/7 coverage in Radiology, Laboratory, Labor &Delivery, and Respiratory.
PRN pool that fills in where needed 21 Bed Critical Access Hospital - Level 4 Trauma - 6 ED Beds Average of 12 patients a day 24-hour period/ 4,400 a year Work 7 to 12-hour shifts a pay period (every 2 weeks) High risk referred out to Omaha & Helicopter Pad Onsite The hospital uses Tele-hospitalists in the inpatient unit along with a Nurse Practitioner onsite during day hours that does inpatient and nursing home rounds for the physicians.
