Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff and assist with FOH management Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure a high-quality experience for all guests Maintain proper food preparation, service, and cleanliness of the kitchen Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests Assist in the stocking of inventory and ordering of food as needed
