Senior Director, Productivity Program Management

Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain Planning you will lead a team of project directors/managers and provide direct leadership of end-to-end enterprise and more specific supply chain related projects. Your primary goal is the achievement of cost reduction targets and other Supply Chain strategy metrics. You Will:
Support supply chain leadership in the creation, evaluation, recommendations, and execution of SC productivity projects and the development of the supply chain cost reduction strategy and Annual Operating Plan. Partner with business leaders (VPGM's), VP Operations and other partners to build a pipeline and gain support of programs. Evolve the capabilities of the team towards a more holistic margin management program - with the vision being to bring all the margin enhancement programs under one roof, and leading the program. Oversee the team directing and managing project scope, planning and implementation consistent with established priorities. Lead team that executes projects using common processes and metrics established by the supply chain leadership team. Partner with business resources to define, track, and measure holistic margin management programs Lead overall program management for cost improvement efforts for Supply Chain, ensuring annual target achievement and steering team effectiveness. Identify need for support to plant and other Supply Chain performance improvement efforts. Manage and guide high adoption of project chartering and governance for MVP. Manage project budgets, both capital and expense, for any projects under position's jurisdiction. Guide the development of sound business cases to justify effort. Ensure that project efforts achieve intended business benefits. Develop talent pipeline. Coach, guide, and direct team resources including performance and salary reviews. You Have:
Experience explaining how productivity initiatives collide with other company programs and recommend how we should use our resources. A refuse to lose attitude and competence in finding and delivering productivity. BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Technology or Business Administration. 12 plus years' experience, with progressive responsibility; in diverse, multiple Supply Chain and Operations disciplines. Prefer CPG or food and beverage industry experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with manufacturing and distribution unit operations. Experience with supply chain cost structure; P&L, and balance sheet. Collaborative leadership style and experience in project team environment. 10 plus years' experience managing projects in a manufacturing supply chain environment. Must be familiar with project management concepts and able to use project management tools and techniques; exposure to Agile concepts. Demonstrate an ability to resolve conflict and to provide respected leadership. Experience improving performance, including accomplishing projects aimed at raising operating efficiencies, increasing return on investment, and optimizing the use of cash. #LI-MC1 Our

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
